Zorro Risk Management is a U.S. risk control and compliance advisory firm. We work for captive insurance companies, captive managers, insurers, and the fleets and operations they cover.
We act as the field risk control function: assess insureds, build risk programs, put data to work, and produce documentation that stands up to regulators, underwriters, auditors, boards, and courts.
We do not install technology or resell software. We make risk data usable, auditable, and enforceable.
Zorro works with an affiliated network of attorneys, risk consultants, underwriters, safety specialists, and claims professionals. That lets us scale from one insured survey to portfolio-wide risk control, with senior oversight on every engagement.
